Trinity College Dublin ranked among Europe's top 50 universities in QS guide

Trinity College Dublin has been ranked among Europe's top 50 universities in a new ranking released by QS.

The QS World University Rankings published its first-ever ranking focusing on European universities this year. Trinity College Dublin placed highest of all Irish universities in 31st place; 688 European universities were assessed.

Other Ireland universities ranked included University College Dublin 71st, The University of Galway 98th, University College Cork 109th, and Dublin City University and University of Limerick 152nd. TU Dublin was ranked 286th, and Maynooth University was ranked 311th.
